Refund Policy

Our products are digital, delivered immediately, and cannot be returned. All sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or redeemed.
What "delivered" means for each product
- SparkEmbed: final once the download link has been issued.
- SparkText Pro: final once the licence key has been issued.
- SparkTemplates: final once the download link has been issued.
- SparkPublish credits: a credit is final once it has been redeemed against a deck. Unredeemed credits are covered below.
When we will refund
We will look at a refund where:
- your purchase was never delivered and we cannot deliver it
- the product does not work as described and we cannot resolve it with you
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase
Contact support@sparkslides.com and tell us what happened. We would rather fix the problem than process a refund, and in most cases we can.
Unredeemed SparkPublish credits
If you bought a credit pack, have not redeemed any of it, and ask within 14 days of purchase, we will consider a refund at our discretion. Once any credit in a pack has been redeemed, the pack is final.
What we do not refund
- change of mind after delivery
- a deck you asked us to delete. Deletion is permanent, uses up the credit, and is not a refund
- content removed for breaching the acceptable use section of our Terms
- a website that refuses to be embedded because its owner blocks embedding. Seesection 13 of our Terms
- a purchase you made through Etsy. Etsy purchases follow Etsy's own refund process
Payment disputes
Your payment is handled by our merchant of record, and any chargeback or payment dispute is decided under its process. Please contactsupport@sparkslides.com first. A direct conversation is faster than a dispute and we can usually solve the underlying problem.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement, including under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
