Common questions

Does the chart update automatically?

If the source data changes (for example, someone edits the Google Sheet), the chart in your slide shows the updated data the next time PowerPoint loads it. You do not need to re-embed.

Can my audience interact with the chart during a presentation?

In edit mode, yes. You can hover, click, and filter directly on the embedded chart. During slideshow mode, the chart displays as a live view. Interactivity during slideshow depends on the chart tool and the content add-in's rendering.

Do I need Power BI?

Does it work offline?
